Returns Policy

At our company, we take pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Please carefully read our refund, return, and warranty policy before making a purchase. 

 

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of arrival for all products except for those listed under "non-returnable" products. If you wish to return a product, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging with all accessories included. We provide a refund only for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described. We do not offer refunds for products if you change your mind, purchase the wrong product, or damage the product due to any factors beyond our control. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

 

Our company reserves the right to reject a return, refund, warranty claim, or consumer guarantee claim if the following conditions apply: 

  • Change of Mind: If a consumer changes their mind about a product, including finding a cheaper product elsewhere, purchasing an unsuitable gift (where the consumer has not made any specific intended use of the product known to our company), or no longer requiring the goods due to a change in circumstances. 
  • Abnormal Use: If a consumer causes a fault by using the product in an abnormal way, as noted in the manufacturer's warranty or a use that is not reasonably expected for the product. 
  • Alterations: If a consumer damages the product by making alterations not performed by our company. 
  • Factors Beyond Our Control: If a consumer damages the product where the damage is caused by any factors beyond our company's control. 
  • Proof of Purchase: If a consumer is unable to provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice. 
  • Care Instructions: If a consumer is responsible for damaging the goods by not following the care instructions provided (if any).
