Please Note:

Our website not guarantee the specific shipping dates. It all depends on the products you order and the specific shipping destination. Please allow for no more than 15 business days delivery time for domestic orders and 20 business days for international orders.

Our website not take liability if the ordered products get lost while delivery.

You may receive your order sooner or later during unexpected incidents, such as bad weather issues or delay of delivery in holidays etc.

Your information (especially delivery address, telephone number and email address) of the order should be precise and concrete.

We need 1-3 business days to ship out your parcel after your order placed.

You may also check the status of your order by viewing its progress in your account under the “orders” section.

 

4. Inaccurate address

We will not be held responsible for the loss of any parcels sent due to incorrect details submitted. If you happened to submit an incorrect address when placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Please note that the ETA listed above is not guaranteed and delays may occur (including but not limited to public holidays, severe weather and courier transit errors) which are out of our control once the order has been dispatched.
